Return Policy

INTRODUCTION:

At Cosmic Smokes we want every purchase to exceed expectations, however we do understand that there are times when you would like to return your items. We offer back free returns within 30 days of receiving your order if they are returned in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Cosmic Smokes. 

Based on the reason for the return either Cosmic Smokes or the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges, once the return process is started a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. If the product is damaged or the wrong item you will receive a full refund upon receiving the item back to our business. If returning for any other reason the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items have left Cosmic Smokes in a new, unused condition. If we receive items back that have been used we cannot offer a refund.

We are unable to accept returns on any consumable products which include, but are not limited to, rolling papers, blunt wraps, detox products, THC and CBD products, ect. 

We are also unable to accept returns on any products that are shipped by a third party, these products are noted that they are shipped separately within the product’s description.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We inspect all orders before shipping and pack things well, that said there may come damaged or defective items. These must be reported within 7 days of delivery receipt. Refunds or returns will not be issued for any damaged or defective items reported after 7 days of delivery.

If any product we sent to you is found to be faulty, please begin the return process by contacting us within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of shipping costs and will issue a full refund once we receive the product back in the warehouse. Please note that you may be required to provide proof of the damaged product before the refund is approved. Once we receive your item back a refund will be issued within 72 business days.

Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit as items will not be refunded after they have been used.

Imperfection Warning: Many items sold by Cosmic Smokes are handmade products. These are all uniquely made and may contain small imperfections such as small air bubbles or asymmetric percolators or slight discoloration. Return shipping charges will not be covered for returns due to imperfections due to handmade manufacturing process. If you are unsatisfied with these imperfections you may still return the product but will be refunded less return shipping charges. Imperfections will be considered at the discretion of Smokers Club.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:

While we take care to ensure the correct products are shipped, mistakes can occur. If you find that you received the wrong product we will happily replace it at no charge to you. Start the return process by contacting us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product back to us, we will ship out a replacement product within 48 hours of receipt of your return.

UNWANTED ITEMS:

If you would like to return your unused item for a refund you may do so within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping for unwanted items. Once we receive the items back to our warehouse we will refund you minus shipping costs within 48 hours.
